The Field Service Engineer II is responsible for designing and optimizing processes for efficient operations, troubleshooting and solutioning Electrical & Instruments (E&I) issues at an operating water plant, and supporting facility operations. This role involves Control Panel experience and a combination of troubleshooting, maintenance on “Electrical and Instrumentation” systems, and altering/ navigating controls programming
Company Service Vehicle will be provided
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and solutioning of electrical and instrumentation systems
Programming support (PLC,VFD, MCP etc.)
Controls narrative suggestions and improvement implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Installation of electrical components
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Safety and Environmental Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Develop and implement quality control procedures
Ensure accurate instrumentation consistency and quality standards are met
Technical Support
Provide technical support to colleagues and clients
Train and educate team members on new processes or products
Documentation and Reporting:
maintain accurate records and documentation
Prepare reports on production processes and results
Present findings and recommendations to management or clients.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
