Field Service Technician Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Job Title:

Field Service Technician – $30 – $40/hr Job Description As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing custom products at customer facilities and leading a team of 6-8 contractors. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, coordinating schedules, assembling sheet metal parts, performing mechanical assembly of components, working with assembly drawings, and fabricating panels, moldings, and other metal components. Responsibilities Install custom products at customer facilities. Lead a team of 6-8 contractors. Use hand and power tools for installation. Coordinate schedules effectively. Assemble sheet metal parts. Perform mechanical assembly of components. Work with assembly drawings. Fabricate panels, moldings, and other metal components. Essential Skills Mechanical troubleshooting and assembly. Field service expertise. Mechanical installation knowledge. Leadership skills. Ability to read and work with schematics. Experience in electrical repair and maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment. Knowledge of blueprints, wiring, and preventive maintenance. Understanding of hydraulics, HVAC, and production environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in field service. Mechanical installation and repair expertise. Strong leadership abilities. Assembly and troubleshooting skills. Work Environment This role requires travel 80% of the year. Enjoy a generous per diem of $70 per day, with all flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars paid for. All necessary tools for the job will be provided. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 – $83200.00/yr. health, dental vision, 401k Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Greenville,SC.
