We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our comprehensive machinery support team. Focused on repairing and maintaining heavy equipment in the field, ensuring optimal performance across various job sites, particularly in mining. This is a full time position.

Position Overview:

Field Service Technician:

Focused on repairing and maintaining heavy equipment in the field, ensuring optimal performance across various job sites, particularly in mining.

Sales Representative:

Responsible for driving sales and customer relationships within the mining and aggregate sectors. This role emphasizes building relationships and providing tailored solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Service Technician:

Perform maintenance and repairs on construction and mining equipment. Travel to job sites for troubleshooting. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, including conveyor systems. Conduct diagnostic assessments and recommend parts for replacement. Maintain service documentation and ensure effective customer communication.

Sales Representative:

Serve as the primary contact for mining and aggregate customers, building long-term relationships. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Develop quotes, negotiate contracts, and deliver innovative proposals to clients. Stay informed about industry trends to identify sales opportunities. Travel extensively to visit customer sites and ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• MSHA Surface and / OR Underground Miner Qualifications
• Conveying Equipment Maintenance Experience
• Mechanical Fabrication Skills
• Torch Cutting and Welding Skills

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Job Requirements:

• Weekend, Week-day, and Holiday Work Schedule as Needed
• Travel to Customer Location
• Some shift work
• Some Overnight Stays
• Ability to Lift up to 100 lbs.
• New Miner training may be provided for select candidates.
