Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Water Damage Technician to join our restoration team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing water damage restoration projects, leading a team of technicians, coordinating with clients and insurance companies, and ensuring timely, high-quality project completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of technicians on water damage restoration projects Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and related procedures Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company quality guidelines Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members Conduct moisture readings and maintain accurate project documentation Oversee job site safety, equipment maintenance, and work efficiency Train and mentor new technicians to uphold company standards and procedures Requirements IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) (required) Proven experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with industry regulations and insurance processes High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record If you’re a dedicated professional who takes pride in your work and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.
