We are currently hiring in this area and looking for a Restoration Technician Assistant to become part of our team! As an entry level restoration technician assistant, you are a key team member that will be partnered with a Lead Technician. As you gain knowledge and experience in the field, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge with certifications.

Qualifications:

• Good oral and verbal communication
• Must be able to perform labor including bending, lifting, and using tools typical in demolition of structural materials.
• Must have a willingness to learn, take constructive criticism and put in the work to get the job done right.
• Must be reliable and have a good strong work ethic.
• Takes direction well but also takes initiative to start and finish work without prompting
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Must be a person who delights in helping people in their time of need
• Experience in water/fire mitigation and demo trade is a plus.
• Experience with tools is a plus.
• Will be working with a Lead technician on residential and commercial properties, experiencing water/fire and/or mold damages.
• Opportunity to train in both the water, fire and mold restoration service industry for future advancement.
• This is an entry level position.

40 hours paid time off after 6 months employment. An additional 40 hours paid time off after 1 year. Job Type:

Full-time with on-call rotation. We provide 24-hour emergency service, some night and weekend work is required. Responsibilities Assist in water damage restoration and fire restoration projects by following established protocols. Utilize hand and power tools for cleaning and restoration tasks. Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status. Maintain a valid driver’s license to travel to job sites as required. Support the restoration team in various tasks, including demolition, cleaning, and moving equipment setup and breakdown.
