Job Description:

SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, provides highly visiblecustomer support through the performance of on-site installation,as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting,service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks outand approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructscustomers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

JOBDUTIES

Specializes in providing on-site installation customer supportand performing diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair ofcomplex equipment and systems. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies the responsibilityfor problem resolution. Performs feasibility and approves operational quality of systemequipment. Provides on-site technical product support and service tocustomers. Provides customers assistance with the operation andmaintenance of the system. Serves as Motion’s liaison with customer on administrative andtechnical matters for assigned projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) totwo (2) years or relevant experience.
