Duties and Requirements Work closely with Restoration Supervisors to ensure customers’ needs are met. Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up/temporary repairs. Perform restoration production processes as scheduled (demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.) and ensure quality control, this is a labor-intensive position. Thoroughly document the job process, from start to finish, in real-time using the latest technology. Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Must possess a clean driving record. Must be able to respond to losses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during a rotating on-call shift schedule. Must be able to comply with company policies regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators which require a medical clearance and the passing of a respirator fit test. Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time; repetitively push/pull/carry objects; lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 occasionally with assistance; climb ladders, work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces.
