This role involves ensuring customers use the equipment safely, productively, and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair Viking Pure Generator systems at customer sites, requiring both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and tools, and order replacements as needed. Provide hands-on training for customers on the operation and basic upkeep of Viking Pure equipment. Record and update service logs, maintenance reports, and customer interaction notes to ensure proper documentation for future reference.
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience in a technical role, preferably in mechanical or electrical maintenance and repair. Strong customer service and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing principles. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
