Carpet Cleaning/Water Restoration technician qualifications:

EXCELLENT

customer service skills. Able to exercise independent judgement and a fast learner Painting, drywall, trim work, HVAC, and plumbing skills is a plus Candidates should be able to bend, crawl, squat, push, pull, and kneel frequently over an eight hour or longer shift. Candidates should be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly A clean and well-kept appearance is a must – after all we’re in the cleaning business! A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation is required

Duties:

Cleaning carpets, upholstery, etc. with a truck mounted steam cleaner in homes and businesses; interacting frequently with community members, some of whom are occasionally in situations of high stress (middle of a home move or house has flooded); general cleaning and handy man activities when restoring properties after a flood or fire. Hours, Monday-Friday 8am — 5pm in addition to a weekly rotating on-call nights and weekends.

Compensation:

Depends on experience. Pays overtime with time and a half, great benefits and a yearly bonus based on performance.
