We are seeking a new member of our team as an experienced ATM service technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and provide necessary service on ATM’s, alarm systems, CCTV, bank equipment, etc. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Responding to assigned service calls On-site diagnosis and repair on equipment listed above Completing Preventive Maintenance Reporting service data accurately Establishing customer relationships Interacting with customers in a professional manner Communicating effectively Learning all operating procedures

Qualifications:

3+ years of ATM technician experience Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and well organized Time management skills Able to have a professional presence in the work environment Experience with computers or information technology Physically able to work on equipment At Bankpak, we create a conducive work environment that creates a high quality work-life balance.
