Travel to customer sites to install and service Automated BioassayInstruments and Equipment, provide training for end users,troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain positive customer relations. • Microplate Auto Loaders System Components:

• Micro Plates
• Plate Electrodes
• CCD Camera
• Lens Systems
• Motion Cotrollers
• Bar Code Readers
• Sample Stackers
• Micropumps and Fluid Controls
• Power Supplies
• Central Processing Boards & Data Comm Boards
• Control Interfaces, CPU and Displays
• Visit customer laboratory sites and install and commissionservice new equipment.
• Perform routine or emergency maintenance on equipment,including pick and place robots or similar.
• Program, update, and demonstrate use of PLCs for customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanicalcomponents of bioassay equipment.
• Repair, replace, or update parts as needed.
• Provide phone assistance for technical support and handlingcustomer complaints.
