Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician will work independently, under the direction of the Quality Manager, to diagnose issues and repair warranty pumps and other products.
Primary Job Duties:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems of pumps or other products. Perform diagnostic tests to detect issues and identify root causes. Rebuild/repair various products as needed for warranties and restocking. Utilize Warranty Ticket System. Maintain detailed records/documents of all warranty work. Communicate with internal departments regarding service tickets. Assist with customer/rep training on products. Tear down non-warranty products and dispose of scrap. Troubleshooting over the phone for pumps and equipment may be required. Occasional site visitation is needed for troubleshooting and/or repairing pumps and equipment if required. Work safely while maintaining 6s.

Shift/hours:
Normal operating hours are between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
