Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical and technical skills.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, valves, or filters
• Weld, solder, or braze components as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
• Proficient in welding, soldering, and brazing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices is beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
