ACTION RESTORATION

is a restoration company that specializes in restoring buildings damaged by fire, water, flood and storm.

Job Description:

Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following production guidelines. Communicate with the Operations Manager to make sure all customer needs are met. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met. Support Operations Manager and other production personnel as needed. Ability to lift 25 pounds or more Cleaning processes performed according to guidelines and work orders. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Excellent customer service skills Experience working with cleaning equipment/products preferred Maintain a clean, safe work area. Must have a Valid Clean Driver License Must have reliable transportation Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling Read equipment and product directions and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to learn correct usage and application. Qualifications:

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver’s License Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred Ability to travel locally in company vehicle

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to professional cleaning products
• Walking and standing for prolonged periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
