Responsibilities:
Complete repairs and maintenance for Shopping Center as needed Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues Assist with unit turnover tasks, including painting and minor repairs Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Requirements:
2+ years of handyman experience, preferably in apartment, residential or commercial maintenance Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
