Residential/commercial Repair Specialist West Mobile Handyman Mobile, AL 36619 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on various structures, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from tenants or management. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with installations of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
