⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Part-Time, Short-Term Rental Helper (Cocoa Beach) compensation: Negotiable Seeking a Reliable Part-Time, Short-Term Rental Helper
- Cocoa Beach Area Looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with maintaining a short-term rental property.
The role includes:
- Regularly taking garbage and recycling bins to and from the curb Monday and Thursday evenings and the following mornings
- Walking the interior and exterior of the property between cleaners leaving and guests arriving 3-5 times per month
- Verifying conditions through a checklist and pictures on a provided app, taking action and correcting anything missed by the cleaners
- Regularly checking supplies to ensure essential items are stocked for guests
- Identifying and communicating potential problems or concerns before they affect guest experience
- Occasionally filling the pool when water levels are low, skimming leaves, and popping over to the house to reset a breaker
- Handling any additional tasks needed to ensure the property is guest-ready
Requirements:
- Must live in the Cocoa Beach area
- Able to pass a background check
- Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive
- Schedule is fairly flexible.
