⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Rental Property Maintenance Work Orders – Paid Per Work Order (Melbourne/Palm Bay) compensation: Service Call Fee + Hourly Rate While Onsite Now Hiring Experienced Handymen – Melbourne / Palm Bay Area We’re seeking reliable, experienced handymen for ongoing Work Orders at single-family rental homes throughout the Melbourne and Palm Bay area. These properties are professionally managed by leading companies such as Invitation Homes, My Community Homes, Renu, Second Avenue, Tricon, Divvy, Home Partners of America, Pathlight, and others. ?
Job Overview:
Complete a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at rental properties. Each Work Order includes a pre-approved NTE (Not To Exceed) budget. If work exceeds the NTE, a proposal must be submitted and approved before continuing.
For same-day work:
you may submit an onsite proposal, with approvals typically returned in 10-15 minutes. For larger jobs requiring a return visit: proposal responses are generally provided within 24 hours. ?
Types of Work:
Minor electrical (ceiling fans, outlets, GFI’s, switches, breakers, flickering lights) Drywall patching and repair Irrigation system tune-ups Minor plumbing General home maintenance tasks ✅
Requirements:
Prior handyman experience and your own tools Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Clean, professional appearance Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile app (used for job tracking and communication with residents and clients) Must take arrival photo of the property, plus before, during, and after photos of each job ?
