un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Overseas Caretaker compensation: Room/board/stipend (To be discussed) employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Groundskeeper and Property Manager I’m looking for a property caretaker for general maintenance and groundskeeping in a central American country. You would live on premises and receive a reasonable stipend for services (explained later). Expect 4-5 days of actual work each day depending on workload. The property is nearly fixed up and ready for operation so maintaining should not be too difficult. Must pack background check, state and national, and have character references. This is PERFECT for a military or other government retiree as it will be a semi-retired job in a tropical climate. Your retirement will go a long way there. Additionally, handyman skills are necessary (plumbing/electric/carpentry/building/mechanics)… as many of those as possible will be helpful.
