(Winter Park)  compensation: Housing and Hourly Pay Updated 4/25 I’m offering private rooms in my rental properties in exchange for a set number of work hours each week. Usually around 20 hours. If you’re in good physical condition and able to work without limitations, this could be a great opportunity. The housing is week-to-week, with long-term potential. Housing is not in my home but located very close to the work sites—just a short walk or bike ride away, so you don’t need a car.

The work:

Tasks could range from general labor like landscaping, outdoor cleaning, and painting, domestic inside cleaning, cooking, to more specialized skills like renovation and home improvement. If you have higher skills, fewer hours may be required for a room. I started offering this arrangement because of my own situation (income decline, needing projects done, consistent help, etc.) and wanted to help others who may be looking to get ahead or just need a little extra help.

Details:

• Temporary furniture (like air mattresses) can be provided if needed.
• Housing is guaranteed as long as you meet the agreed hours each week.
• I’m flexible if you want to take on other gigs or jobs outside of this arrangement.
• If things don’t work out, we’ll have a clear plan for you to depart.

Important:

• No smoking, vaping, or drug use. I want to keep the spaces healthy for everyone.
• Most background issues can be worked through—just be upfront with me.
• No documents is okay.
• I do not offer work-only arrangements. I may offer extra hours, paid cash.
• Double-occupancy may be available for less hours (must be the same gender for safety reasons, I am working on additional space options
