CONDO TOUCH UP & TWEAKS
- (Clearwater) ‹ image 1 of 4 › Cleveland Street near Missouri Ave compensation: Name Price I live on a fifth story condo unit and have a few maintenance items getting away, and I’m looking to make some small custom improvements.
Seeking someone handy and creative to make my place more entertainment / host worthy.
Lots of small maintenance items:
- Finish mud/texture over some patched drywall spots.
- Install LED strip lighting under kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities.
- Construct horizontal drink shelf for round patio hand railing.
- Reinstall receptacle outlet into wall (already wired in)
- Install access panel in ceiling near HVAC/foyer for access.
- Run cable extension from TVs to front entry.
