Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning & Inspection Specialist to handle property turnovers between guest stays. This is a piecework role , paid per completed clean, with compensation ranging from $60 to $170 per job depending on the size and needs of each property.
Pay Details:
Piece rate: $60-$170 per clean Rates vary based on square footage, turnover time, and complexity
Key Responsibilities:
Clean vacation homes between guest check-outs and arrivals Conduct detailed property inspections using mobile checklists Restock supplies and ensure homes are guest-ready and well-staged Report damages, missing items, or maintenance needs Use a smartphone app for task completion, communication, and photo documentation
Qualifications:
Vacation rental, residential, or hospitality cleaning experience is required High attention to detail and efficiency Weekend and holiday availability is a must Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Comfortable using a smartphone for app-based checklists and messaging
