The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and be able to perform various repair and installation tasks efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and appearance of our facilities, ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard. Duties Painting skill is required, and be able to perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs as needed. Document completed work and report any significant issues to management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
