compensation:
$30 to $40 an hour depending on experience and if you hold insurance We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in various areas of home repair and maintenance, as well as possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to carpentry and painting.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs. Respond to emergency repair requests promptly. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to detect and resolve problems before they escalate. Install and repair doors, windows, and locks. Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and sinks. Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance work. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
