We’re looking for skilled, hardworking individuals or teams to become a part of our team throughout the Atlanta region.

The counties included are:

Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, and Rockdale. This is an excellent opportunity to work as an independent contract and manage your own work schedule while making some great money! Our company, Pro Field Management, is a fast-growing company in the preservation industry for preserving and maintaining vacant, pre-foreclosure, and REO assets. We are a regional company performing services for multiple regional clients. We are looking for reliable contractors to perform inspections, property preservation, pre-foreclosure, and REO work in the Atlanta region! We are recruiting contractors that have the capabilities to perform all or most of the services listed below.

Services:

• Boarding up windows and doors
• Cash For Keys
• Evictions
• General maintenance and repairs where needed
• Gutter Cleanings
• Initial Securing (lock changes & boarding where needed)
• Interior and Exterior Debris Removal
• Janitorial/Cleaning/Maid Services
• Lawn maintenance & Shrub/Tree Trimming
• Occupancy Inspections
• Pool Securing
• Roof Repairs
• Winterizations (if applicable)

Requirements:

• MUST have valid ID and be able to pass a background check.
• MUST be able to use the photo documentation apps (PPW/training provided if needed)
• MUST be able to complete orders by due date ( normally 24-72 hours)
• MUST supply your own vehicles, trailers, tools, & equipment to perform all requested orders (lawn equipment, air compressor, hand tools, locks, lock boxes, etc.)
• MUST have a Smartphone with access to apps
• MUST have an Aspen Grove account
• MUST carry a minimum of $1M in General Liability with Errors & Omissions (Workers Compensation insurance is required if you have employees or provide a letter of exemption)
• Knowledge of HUD guidelines a plus What we offer:

• Competitive pay per work order, paid every 15-30 days (depending on the project)
