Services include securing, performing repairs and maintenance, removing debris, cleaning, and managing landscaping. As we grow, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team. We are seeking independent preservation subcontractors to perform Preservation & general maintenance and repairs. Conduct routine inspections and address small repairs, Provide services such as lawncare, carpentry, flooring, painting, roofing, power washing, and other general maintenance duties.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required. Submit a background check Proven experience in property preservation or respective fields.

For Electricians & Plumbers:

Valid state licenses and credentials. Personal tools and reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites. Ability to submit work orders and photos. Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and quality.
