We are a well-established property preservation company seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and professional contractors to maintain and repair foreclosed and vacant properties. Fulton, Dade, Walker, Catoosa, Whitfield, Chattooga, Fannin, Union Towns, Rabun, Gordon, Pickens, Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb Paulding, Douglas, Dekalb, Gwinnett, hall,
Floyd Services Needed Include:
Grass cuts, hedge trimming, and yard maintenance Lock changes/rekeying and securing properties Debris/trash removal and janitorial services Winterization and de-winterization Minor repairs and maintenance (boarding windows, repairing doors, etc.) Photo documentation of all work completed
Requirements:
Must have previous property preservation experience Reliable vehicle and equipment Smartphone or tablet with camera for photo documentation Ability to meet strict deadlines and follow guidelines Strong communication and time management skills
