Handy Man KC’s Homes Ga llc Calhoun, GA 30701 Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Carpentry, painting, plumbing/electrical a plus, flooring, Decks. Working on rental units and remodels for customers. 10-40 hrs some weeks. Usually 15-25 hrs per week Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or improvements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Document completed work and report any additional maintenance needs to management. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools, including the ability to use an Ohmmeter for electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
