The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues. Respond promptly to service requests for repairs or maintenance. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Document completed work and report any additional issues that require attention. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, particularly an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
