Job Details:

We are looking for experienced independent cleaning subcontractors (individuals or teams) for a one-time post-construction cleaning project. If this goes well, we’ll keep you in mind for future projects throughout the North Georgia area.

Duties Include:

Post-construction cleanup (dust removal, debris cleanup, deep sanitization)

Experienced Cleaners

• You must have professional cleaning experience, especially in post-construction and deep cleaning. Detail-Oriented & Reliable
• Our clients expect high-quality results. Strong Work Ethic
• Must be punctual and dependable Flexible Schedule
• Work varies by project; availability during weekdays and weekends is a plus. Independent & Professional
• You should be capable of working efficiently on your own or with a team.

Requirements:

Own Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

• Must provide your own tools for the job. Reliable Transportation
• Jobs are at various locations, so dependable transportation is required. Valid Insurance
• Must have liability insurance. Smartphone
• For communication and job tracking.
