This is a contract-based (1099) opportunity ideal for a self-starter or small business owner who can manage routine property maintenance, complete inspections, and communicate effectively. You will service a variety of properties, perform basic maintenance tasks, and report any issues that need further attention. This is a field-based position requiring daily site visits , photo documentation , and timely work order completion . Responsibilities Perform general property maintenance duties, including: Lawn care (mowing, trimming, edging) Light repairs (e.g., fence fixes, minor plumbing or carpentry) Trash/debris removal and cleanup Minor exterior maintenance (e.g., pressure washing, signage checks) Complete daily site surveys with detailed photo documentation (before/after). Identify and report issues or repair needs (e.g., broken fixtures, safety hazards). Use our platform/app to receive jobs and submit completed work orders. Maintain a professional appearance and interact courteously with property owners or tenants when necessary.
