Paid per project/job Turns to Renos is hiring! We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Turnover & Renovation Contractor to help us transform rental units into clean, updated, move-in ready homes. If you’re a hands-on pro who enjoys variety, independence, and quality work, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do:
Handle rental turnovers, including cleaning, patching, painting, and small repairs Perform general handyman tasks: install hardware, fix fixtures, light carpentry, etc. Ensure properties are completed on time and to a high standard Communicate progress clearly and work efficiently, both independently and with our team
What We’re Looking For:
Contractor with reliable tools and transportation Valid driver’s license Experience in painting, cleaning, and general repairs Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Must be able to manage time and meet project deadlines
Bonus Points For:
Willingness to travel—opportunities may include projects in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Texas Experience with rental turnovers or property renovations This is a contractor role paid per job , with flexible hours and room to grow based on your availability and performance.
