Responsibilities:

• Securing and boarding up properties
• Winterization services
• Lock change and install doorknob (Experience with HUD keys and MFS supplies is preferred)
• Lawn maintenance and debris removal.
• Cleaning and repair work (as needed).
• Interior Works
• Roofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry
• Providing detailed documentation with before/after photos.
• Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to client guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Own basic tools and equipment
• Smartphone or digital camera for photo documentation.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Experience in property preservation, construction, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to carry out tasks independently and efficiently.
