Our growing vacation rental property management company is seeking highly motivated and reliable inspectors to join our team. This seasonal role plays a critical part in guaranteeing guest satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our beautiful vacation rentals. Imagine spending your days driving along the scenic coast, inspecting stunning vacation homes! In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring these properties are pristine and ready to welcome new guests.

Responsibilities :

Expect the unexpected, no day is the same and it will be spent traveling and performing basic tasks in our homes. Flexibility and adaptability is a must. Here is what a day in the life of an Inspector may look like:

• Conduct thorough post-guest inspections of vacation rental properties, ensuring they meet our rigorous cleaning standards as outlined in our detailed checklist.
• Document any existing or guest-caused damages through detailed reports and photographs.
• Communicate promptly and effectively regarding any cleaning or maintenance issues identified during the inspection.
• Replenish essential supplies (toiletries, paper products, etc.)
• Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
• Leave homes presented for next guest arrival with welcome bags and amenities
• Bring trash to curb / back to specified location
• Run linens to Housekeepers Skills
• Experience in property management or a related field such as housekeeping or maintenance (a plus, but not required)
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail, high standard for cleanliness, organizational skills

Expected Hours:

10-20 hours per week Please note: A background check will be conducted for all potential candidates.
