REQUIREMENTS
As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rentals are spotless and welcoming for every guest. We offer both day shift and evening shift options, as well as a weekend-only position for those seeking a flexible schedule. All positions require participation in a weekend rotation of at least two weekends per month, unless the schedule allows otherwise. Your responsibilities will include departure cleans to reset and restock the home before the next guest arrives, as well as mid-stay cleanings at the request of our guests—always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, periodic deep cleans will be scheduled to ensure every surface shines, reflecting our commitment to providing 5-star stays. These are seasonal positions starting between March and May and ending in August or September. Your dedication to upholding our cleanliness standards and ensuring each rental is properly stocked will play a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience.
