Remodeler Woodridge Investors Conover, NC Looking for someone skilled in home maintenance repairs. Must have truck or van or SUV to transport materials. and your own power tools and hand tools. I manage multiple mobile home parks in Conover and Claremont are the primary ones and also have one in Lincolnton and Stanley, but primarily the work is in Conover. Must be reliable, and a problem solver. Be experienced and work fairly quickly at the job. No drama – with tenants or other maintenance staff. Some emergency calls required. I have several vacant rental homes that need to be made rent ready Home Repair maintenance tasks include: Repairing soft spots in floors with plywood. Install laminate flooring or linoleum, trim Carpentry, decks, remove and install doors Basic plumbing repairs, faucets Basic electrical, switches, lights, ceiling fans Drywall repair, painting, kool seal roofs, or roof leak repairs We pay for all parts and supplies and make it easy to pick up what you need from Lowes or Home Depot or Century Services This job does allow flexibility in your schedule. Some like to start earlier and leave earlier, some like to start later and work later. I can work with certain days off as needed or for appointments. As long as the work gets accomplished there is a lot of freedom in this job. But also requires you to be a person of integrity and reliability to follow through on the goals given.
