Job Duties Include:
General repair and replacement work (including minor roof repairs) Lawn care and landscaping Trash and debris removal Property clean-outs and janitorial work Securing windows and doors Basic handyman tasks
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation and tools Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Able to work independently and meet deadlines Property preservation or construction experience is a plus (but not required) Must pass a background check
