We specialize in high-end smart home technology including audio/video, automation, and custom installations. We’re a small, growing company looking for an extra hand to help with physical tasks like mounting TVs, running low-voltage cables, and general labor.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time, flexible W2 helper to assist with installations and labor tasks as needed. Perfect for someone who’s reliable, hands-on, and enjoys physical work in different environments.
Duties Include:
Assisting with mounting TVs and pulling cables Helping carry and move equipment Supporting lead technician on installations Occasional cleanup and setup
What We’re Looking For:
A quick learner with a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ lbs Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience in AV, construction, or general labor a plus—but not required
Schedule & Hours:
Flexible, variable schedule based on current project needs Some weeks may have no work, others may have 2-5 days You’ll be paid hourly for time worked
Compensation:
W2 employee All tools provided Opportunity to grow with the company over time
