Job Description:
Come work in a fast-growing company that covers the Southeast with premier product lines. We are looking for passionate & seasoned road technicians to help support a heavy-duty truck service center. Duties include but are not limited to: Responding to roadside service calls promptly and efficiently. Diagnosing vehicle issues and performing minor & major repairs or adjustments Warranty repairs Basic preventative maintenance Repair quoting. Customer contact and scheduling Work with manufacturer tech support to read wiring diagrams, programing etc.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail. Strong computer skills (email, excel, word) CDK experience preferred.
