Job Description:

Mechanical Assembly Skills:

Proficiencyin building complex mechanical assemblies.

Computer Skills:

Adeptat programming assemblies using relevant software.

TechnicalLiteracy:

Ability to read and interpret engineering workinstructions, drawings, or schematics to effectively perform jobduties.

Supervision:

Capable of working under direct supervision,adhering to a prescribed set of processes and procedures.

Collaboration with

Engineers:

Engage directly with engineers tooptimize processes in a Lean production environment, maintaining acontinuous improvement mindset.

Communication Skills:

Excellentcommunication skills to support GEMBA activities focused on safety,quality, deliveries, improvements, and 5S1 activities.

Interdepartmental Communication:

Ability to communicate withcontacts both within and outside the department, involving theexchange of information that requires explanation or interpretationto reach mutual understanding and agreement.

Positive Attitude:

Maintain a positive attitude, openness to new ideas, and awillingness to learn new tools.

Team Impact:

Strong motivation topositively impact the performance and work experience of the team.

The idealcandidate will have:

Requires developing job knowledge/skills.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4years of prior relevant experience or 2 yearspost-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior relatedexperience MES and PLM applications experience is preferred Abilityto lift to 35lbs of weight to workbench Experience in a productionmanufacturing environment Ability to read and understand mechanicaldrawings and schematics Occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtimework

Strongcomputer skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows and Office.

Pay Range :
