⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Hot Dog Cart repair (Jacksonville) compensation: TBD Hello, I’m looking for someone to help in refurbishing my hot dog cart, it’s been in storage for some time and I’m not sure what all it will need to be city compliant and pass inspection. I would prefer someone who has experience or even have ran a cart before or have knowledge of requirements. I do have some items already and will buy all materials needed to make repairs or installs. At this time I believe I may need: New lights Erosion protection to trailer Possible New gas lines Sink install Side Grill install Possible new burners & maybe a folding table/shelf The pictures below are of items I have so far I will need to know what type of sink would work best for this unit and if it will need new burners and gas lines or not. This may be a progressive project as I’m just looking to get it to pass the initial inspection for now, then I will upgrade the unit.
