We’re seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join our team! You’ll help maintain, repair, and service equipment—including mowers, tractors, aerators, and specialized machinery for landscaping and groundskeeping—while ensuring cutting units meet course and manufacturer standards through grinding and upkeep. Training provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in turf equipment. Perform routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, blade sharpening, tune-ups). Inspect equipment for optimal performance and safety. Keep accurate records of repairs and service history. Maintain safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience as an equipment technician (turf or small engine repair a plus). Solid knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and 2-cycle equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Toro turf equipment preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Detail-oriented with good communication skills
