As a Heavy Equipment Field Technician , you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy equipment, including tractors, loaders, excavators, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our machinery, helping to support our valued customers in the agricultural industry.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competition to identify product improvements or new offerings. Uphold organization standards to ensure quality service delivery. Attend factory training to enhance professional and technical knowledge. Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals. Troubleshoot, repair, and recondition construction, municipal, and highway-related heavy equipment and components. Represent the company positively in appearance, conduct, and while operating company vehicles. Perform large diesel engine repair and servicing, hydraulic systems repair, and electrical systems repair for construction equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma/GED required; Trade school degree or industry experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ full-time heavy equipment experience. Clean driving record; CDL preferred but not necessary. Possess a suitable set of hand tools for job responsibilities.
