We are seeking a Grade A Road Technician with proven experience indiesel, agricultural, or light construction work. The idealcandidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong technicalbackground, capable of troubleshooting and repairing equipmentefficiently and effectively. John Deere experience is preferred,but experience with CAT, Case, Bobcat, or other equipment brands iscertainly acceptable. Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of a varietyof agricultural, construction and diesel power equipment. Thistechnician will be required to go out into the field and serviceequipment. Candidate will be required to demonstrate a variety ofskills from basic mechanical to complex technical diagnostics ofmodern computerized systems. Must be able to provide own basic toolkit. Must be able to navigate product support software, computerprograms for work order maintenance and write reports for customersinvoicing. Will be required to exercise good customer relations andhandle customer complaints as well as maintain working relationshipwith fellow employees. Must always follow safety practices.

JobQualifications:

• Experience working on equipment; preferable inAgricultural, construction and/or diesel power equipment
• ValidFlorida Drivers License
• Certification in automotiveair-conditioning
• Read hydraulic schematics and diagnose hydraulicsystem faults
• Read electrical schematics and diagnose electronicfaults
• Experience in diagnosing and repair of diesel engines
• Experience with telematics, desirable
• Strong communicationskills, great sense of humor preferred
• Must be able to maintainfiles
• Basic Data Entry and write reports
• Must be able to workin a fast paced, extreme environmental conditions and meetdeadlines
• Team builder
