Veterans Preference Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Diesel mechanic experience preferred.
Service Technician experience required.
Kubota experience preferred.
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, hand-eye coordination due to nature of job.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to collaborate with others and be part of a team.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Valid driver’s license due to travel.
Employer conducts Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle Record Check, and Background Check.
Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipment
Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
