$25.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience Job Summary Johnson Fleet and Farm in Yulee, Florida is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Managing Technician to lead our equipment service team. This role involves hands-on repair of tractors, heavy equipment, and small engines, as well as supervising a team of technicians. If you’re skilled with both diesel and small engine systems and enjoy leading others in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair agricultural tractors, construction equipment, mowers, chainsaws, generators, and more Lead and supervise a team of service technicians; assign jobs and manage workflow Perform advanced diagnostics on diesel and gasoline-powered engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and transmissions Train and mentor junior technicians on repair techniques and safety protocols Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and estimates Manage shop tools, parts inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations

Qualifications Required:

5+ years of experience in equipment and small engine repair Strong mechanical knowledge of both diesel and gas-powered systems Previous team lead or supervisory experience Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor settings

Preferred:
