In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to our clients’ vehicles at their preferred locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a pristine finish. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to detail vehicles effectively while adhering to safety standards. Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times, and having a working vehicle to provide on your own as this is a mobile business. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the detailing process. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment promptly. Keep accurate records of services performed and customer feedback to enhance service quality continuously. Qualifications Previous experience in car wash or detailing required; however, training will be provided. Provide your own main equipment (vacuum, steam cleaner, etc) and we will provide the supplies. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles safely. Familiarity with custodial tasks and cleaning techniques Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment or supplies as needed, and ability to work in various outdoor conditions to include high heat and humidity in the summer months.
