Senior Heavy Equipment Technician Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Senior Technician for a full-time, long-term position in West Palm Beach . This is a high-level, hands-on role ideal for someone with extensive experience in heavy equipment maintenance, shop operations, and team oversight. Candidates with a background in automotive, diesel, or similar industries are highly encouraged to apply.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Lead daily operations within the shop
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes
• Manage workflow and support junior technicians
• Maintain equipment, parts inventory, and shop organization
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as needed
• Ensure safety procedures and standards are consistently followed

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
