You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair our fleet and machinery with precision and pride. Whether you’re tracking down an electrical issue or cutting and welding as needed, you’ll be trusted to do the work with minimal supervision-and maximum impact. You’ll spend most of your time outdoors, using your head, your hands, and your grit. You’ll Succeed Here If You:
Have at least 2 years of experience mechanical repair, or small engine work + Can diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems + Have a valid driver’s license and can operate company equipment + Are confident climbing ladders, crouching, and working in outdoor environments + Can work independently and remain calm under pressure + Are available for on-call needs and flexible enough for occasional weekend work + Are comfortable wearing full
