Job Description
Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Gpac has partnered with an industry leader experiencing strong growth and looking to invest in top talent!
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose repair needs
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Repair heavy equipment
- mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on fuels, fluids, and lubrication
Perform preventative maintenance on industrial hydraulic, electrical, air and water systems
Perform and document inspections of all equipment
Follow all company and industry regulations and rules
Occasional field service work
Experience & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2-5+ years’ experience of maintenance/service with industrial heavy equipment
Must be a team player with strong communication skills
Must have a current Driver’s License with a clean driving record
CDL is a plus but not required
Compensation:
Based on qualifications and experience
Excellent Benefits package
